I own a Razer Mini Seiren, have been using it for over a year and ten months without any issues. However, recently during a Discord session the mic volume became extremely loud, with double audio and echoes even when wearing headphones. The earphone input plus screeching were noticeable. In the Sound settings, this only occurs at 100%, so lowering the volume to 50 or below would have improved the sound. Despite this, I've kept it at 100 for a year and it still sounded different today. Is the microphone damaged or is there another problem with the motherboard?

P.S. I tested it on my laptop but couldn't tell if the issue was with the mic or the PC. This mic hasn't ever been dropped.

P.P.S. Even at 50 volume, it would still produce loud screeching and earphone output when changing recording settings in GeForce. This behavior has never occurred before, and I suspect there might be a setting conflict between GeForce and Windows. When I record, the volume on GeForce is always set to 100, but today it's different.

Consider that "100" was an outlier and another adjustment caused it to transform into its intended form (loud) and now 50 etc. It might be that a recent update or other modification triggered this shift.
Possibly, some update or related change prompted the transition.
Check the Update History for any failed or problematic updates.
Execute the built-in Windows troubleshooters to identify and resolve issues.
Consider running "sfc /scannow" and "dism".

Manually download the necessary audio drivers from the manufacturer's site. Reinstall and reconfigure. No third-party tools or utilities.
Reinstall Discord.
