USB installer for Windows 10 on MacBook
I shared a post a while back about running a Windows virtual machine on a MacBook using an SD card due to limited SSD space. This project has evolved significantly. Now I aim to use a 120GB VisionTek Pocket SSD (Linus covered it in a video) and boot directly from it with my MacBook by pressing Option after the startup sound. I opted for a "pocket SSD" for better speed, avoiding a sluggish installation. I also chose to boot directly to the drive rather than using a VM so I could utilize my full 8GB RAM. I discovered this method on LifeHacker: http://lifehacker.com/how-to-run-a-porta...1565509124 If I followed this with Windows 10, would I be able to boot into the drive, run the OS, and install BootCamp drivers? Thanks! My grammar is poor, it's late and I'm exhausted, but I really need to understand this.
