Hey!
I purchased a generic USB hub since my front ports are damaged and the back ports are difficult to reach. Every time I start my PC, I have to unplug and plug it in again for Windows to recognize it.
Device manager shows "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" and the device status says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
Anyone know what's happening? I've tried turning off USB power suspension, enabling deep sleep in BIOS to avoid static issues, disabling fast boot on Windows, changing ports, uninstalling drivers—but nothing worked.
Just to be clear, it functions properly, though it's frustrating having to reconnect it each time.
I'm using the latest version of Windows 10
Motherboard: ASRock h61m-vg3
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570
RAM: 16 GB
Storage: 480 GB SSD

Tested it on my Win7 laptop and it functions properly. No issues during reboots. Probably related to my PC or drivers. Thanks.

Bring it back and attempt a different version to confirm the device identification.
