Configuration: All components are functioning properly except for the RGB lighting of my H100i pump and three QL120 units. The RGB hub from my triple QL fan kit includes a USB port (distinct from the standalone RGB hub). I possess two USB connectors—one for the RGB hub and one for the AIO pump—and have connected them to the Commander Pro’s headers. However, these two connections aren’t appearing in iCue. Should I connect them directly to the motherboard USB ports? It feels unusual that they’d need direct insertion if the headers are part of the Commander Pro. If a USB splitter is necessary due to limited free ports, what should I be checking for?

Do you require two RGB hubs plus Commander Pro to manage ten RGB fans and a pump? The controller in the QL fan series (with two fan packs) offers six connectors, while Commander Pro provides six as well, which can support up to twelve iCue fans. It's odd that the USB port on the Commander Pro isn't functioning. You might want to verify a few things: ensure the USB header cable is secure, try connecting it to another device using a 2.0 header port, and look up the USB hub in Windows Device Manager by sorting connections. If needed, reach out to Corsair's support for assistance, as they don't always share detailed installation guidance. Best of luck.
