RGB Keyboard functioned fine in Windows 11 but stopped working on any Linux distribution. I recall it operated well enough in Nobara until a recent update caused it to fail. However, Omarchy, Fedora KDE, Linux Mint Live, and others report it no longer responding. It seems the problem might stem from using a generic local brand keyboard. What exactly could be causing this? Running `sudo dmesg | grep usb` shows similar errors across devices.
Received feedback but the solution wasn't immediately clear. It helped inspire me to search more thoroughly. I successfully resolved it by following these steps: use Windows Device Manager, find the VID/PID in the "Hardware IDs" section of the Details menu, add the GRUB line accordingly, update the GRUB configuration, and restart. It seems the issue stems from a generic Chinese keyboard.
