I was preparing a 16GB USB flash drive and noticed my CPU reached maximum usage in Task Manager, while HWInfo64 showed only about 5%. The temperature was recorded at 81°C. Could any factor be responsible for this? Also, it’s an Intel i7-13700K processor.

explorer.exe tends to behave oddly during drive formatting. Ignore it if needed.
