Thanks! I'm going to download Ubuntu and see how it goes. Sadly, my local internet connection is terrible—4G will be the best option.

You might try FreeDos Get FreeDOS (USB lite installer): http://www.freedos.org/download/. Create a USB stick copy, add a small image name, and use a viewer like PictView or Photodex SEA. Edit the autoexec.bat to run the viewer with the image as a command line argument instead of launching FreeDOS setup. Images should be named short (max 8 letters + digits).

I attempted to install FreeDOS onto the flash drive but faced issues. However, I'm continuing the process as Ubuntu is being downloaded.

I successfully restarted DOS. Took the whole day working on it, trying different tools and approaches. Will give it another shot with Linux next time. Appreciate everyone's help!
