You just built a Ubuntu bootable USB, but when you start it from WinRE it jumps to GRUB instead of booting normally. Since you also made a Linux Mint USB in October 2024 based on Debian, someone might understand what’s happening.

I used a tool to generate a Linux USB drive. I chose to boot from WinRE because it provides a straightforward recovery environment. If you're having trouble, double-check your setup and installation steps.

Make sure to rebuild the drive using a new image, check for installation problems or corruption, and verify everything works. As suggested, it’s usually better to start from BIOS rather than using winre unless there’s a specific need.
