Typically, AMD doesn't back Ryzen setups with Windows 7 or third-party software for such an outdated operating system. Modern hardware usually requires Windows 10 to function correctly.

Windows 7 doesn't have built-in support for USB 3.x. You'll require the appropriate drivers. If none exist, you must rely on USB 2.0 until you move to Windows 10
