Hey there, friend. I’ve got a recurring issue with my computer that’s really tricky to resolve. It randomly freezes—sometimes twice in the same day, other times a week apart. Every time it freezes, a USB disconnect sound plays and the video stalls. Audio stays normal, but the video stops completely. The motherboard doesn’t show any error codes or lights. I need a hard reset, though, but sometimes that doesn’t work either. When I power it off, I have to wait about a minute before turning it back on. If I do it within ten seconds, the computer starts up and the POST code says everything’s fine, but the monitors won’t pick up the video, requiring another hard reset. Windows Event Viewer and BIOS show no problems. The memory diagnostic came back clean, CHKDSK, SFC, DISM also clean. The GPU stays on during the crash, there was no power surge at the time, and stress testing didn’t flag any issues. It happens no matter what I’m doing—whether I’m playing a game, browsing, or just idle—and the USB disconnect sound always plays. After a hard reset, the monitor shows only a single short beep. When it fails to connect to the monitor right after the reset, the post code is just one short beep.
I’ve tried cleaning the PC, reseating the GPU and RAM, checking all connections, reinstalling drivers, and more. Any suggestions on what might be causing this? I’m really stuck and would appreciate any advice. Thanks a lot!

Currently, it hasn't happened in several days since this update, so the solution seems to be eliminating Xbox Game Bar via Windows Power Shell. I don't understand why or how this worked, but it appears reliable.
