Hey there, reader. I’m facing an issue with my USB C Dongle for the Steelseries Artics Nova 7. It functioned properly before, but after switching from a 1660 Super to a 4060, it caused crashes during gameplay. I tried using DDU, but it kept failing. After resetting my PC, I downloaded the necessary drivers and chipset updates, yet now inserting the dongle directly into my motherboard isn’t working. It works fine with a regular USB to USB C connection, but not when plugged into the board. I’ve tried everything and need your help. Specs: R5 3600, 450F Gaming RTX 4060, 650W. Consider alternative inputs for the problem ports and verify functionality.
I changed the mouse and keyboard to a different port and it functioned properly.
