DTX or mini ITX options available. Some server boards will be included for a NAS/server; USB NICs might not work well.

Hey! It looks like you missed some server boards. Do you know if Supermicro offers ITX AMD options? Time to start searching. Appreciate the reminder!

I’m unsure about bringing this up since it doesn’t fit the right forum for that discussion. I believe the initial answer was sufficient.

I aimed to assemble a compact server using an AMD AM4 B550 Mini-ITX platform, especially since the upcoming 4000 series APUs offer 8 cores and 16 threads under 100W. This aligns perfectly with my goals. I plan to swap out an old Dual Quad I7-Xeon build and incorporate a hardware RAID card in the primary PCIe port, while also seeking a method to add 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. It seems challenging with current technology—likely not feasible right now. I might have to settle for a full ATX B550/X570 setup instead to achieve what I need, unfortunately.

It's a tiny segment similar to how Gigabyte and ASUS operate

Now that I'm done with dinner I can look into this. Wow, it has everything, even 10 Gigabit onboard and X570 chipset for Zen2 / Zen3. Looks like X570D4I-2T will do everything I want. Nice find! For anyone else looking at this thread and wanting to see what I was looking at, here it is: https://www.asrockrack.com/general/produ...ifications
