I'm trying to create a bootable USB drive for Windows 10, but I only found instructions for older versions like Windows 7, 8, and 8.1. Can you find a guide that works with Windows 10? Thanks for understanding—I’m new to this.

Yes, the process works the same across any Windows download of an ISO file and burning it with Rufus onto a USB stick.

Rufus is a tool for converting USB drives into Windows formats. You can try uninstalling the media creation software from Microsoft and moving your files there, but you're unsure if it will work.

I relied on a media creation tool from Microsoft. It was the simplest method. I downloaded the tool, chose a bootable USB, and it handled the installation of Windows 10 onto the USB. After that, I restarted my PC and booted from the USB drive.

Keep in mind you must provide a product key. Without it, you'll still need to purchase a Windows DVD, though you can still start from the USB drive. Just input the key that came with your disc when prompted.
