I received a bootable USB and an M.2 SSD with a 128GB SSD and SATA drive. Booting doesn't work correctly—it loops endlessly, preventing access to the Windows setup. I've already tried enabling CSM, using the default Rufus MBR, setting the BIOS to default, reformatting the SSD, clearing the CMOS battery, reseating RAM, unplugging and plugging in the PSU.

First, I’d delete all drives except the one running the OS. Then, remove anything that can’t be recognized or isn’t listed in the BIOS boot menu. Check if the Windows setup can still complete.
