USB 3.0 front ports aren't functioning in this B450 model.
I face an unusual issue I've never seen before. The USB 3.0 slots labeled as front don't function properly, yet power still flows through them. My phone charges and LED lights work, but my Android doesn't detect it or open the connection prompt. Devices appear in BIOS too. Back ports are fine. The strange part is that after turning off and restarting the computer, the front ports resume working without problems. However, rebooting without powering down the PSU causes issues again. I have no clue what's happening or how to resolve it after searching online.
