I powered down everything yet it kept working. Removed the 3.0 hub and it stopped. Reinstalled it and it resumed. Added a Corsair H100i Elite Capellix and the commander core. Also, a commander pro is connected, with fans and RGB set up on the commander pro. It wasn’t functioning at first. Also, Icy isn’t recognizing the capellix — that’s strange.

I believe I identified the issue. Disconnecting the commander pro's USB from the motherboard caused it to stop working. It seems the commander pro might be faulty.

It would also happen. My Corsair RGB light starts flickering whenever something similar occurs on my Commander Pro.
