Hello, welcome! I'm just starting out with PCs. I recently purchased a prebuilt unit from Newegg about a month ago. I have a budget CPU cooler and a master air cooler, but I want to switch to an AIO. However, most AIOs need a USB 2.0 connection on the motherboard, which my Gigabyte B550m DS3H doesn't have. Am I limited to just a fan cooler, or is there another option? Could you help me figure this out? Thanks a lot!

It includes an internal USB 2.0 connector. The label is mentioned in the manual as F_USB1.

The port you're referring to is located at the base of your motherboard.

Thanks! It seems different from everything else you've noticed. All the images of USB 2.0 connectors look the same.

My top left pin is absent while the image you showed lacks one at the bottom right.

The USB connector on your motherboard was flipped 180 degrees from the image showing the others. It isn’t missing any pins; it’s built that way to ensure proper connection with the USB 2.0 header pin layout.

Just to confirm, the USB header on your board matches the image from the installation diagram? Please let me know so I can verify before you purchase. Thank you all for your help!
