On another device inside the house, a USB stick with an OS live installation was running properly on both front and back sides. The operating system started correctly, but the OS didn't boot from the USB. I need to verify my ports. My USB keyboard works fine, and the flash drive is in good condition—we checked it several times before. It seems Windows isn't reporting any USB errors, though.

Perhaps the secure boot feature is active.

The Blue ray is identical. I can start Linux without issues. It's running Manjaro, so it shouldn't boot via Secure Boot. There might be a problem with my memory, but I don't know what to look up online. The MSI Performance Gaming AMD Ryzen 1st and 2nd Gen AM4 M.2 USB 3 DDR4 HDMI Display Port Mini-ITX board (B450I GAMING Plus AC) doesn't seem to support Secure Boot.

Perform a fresh setup on a different machine that functions properly. When prompted to restart, turn it off and insert the drive into the desired computer to complete the installation. For USB installations, use a device with a light indicator to confirm it’s being read.

Sec. Boot is disabled; the Manjaro interface asked you to choose an option before starting. Likely that’s the case. Surprisingly, the pld system boots normally, but I’m almost giving up right now. Something feels off with my board. It seems okay on USB & Opt, but when I try KDE, the screen turns black and it stops completely.

If it's outdated, you might need to wait an hour before building the system—it means it's too old! If it loads quicker, you're using the correct version. It looks like you didn't wait long enough; you can check how far your build is during the load-up. If not, just install the hard drive you want without rebooting and throw it in where you want; it should update automatically if needed for the new system. Also, if you connected your Wi-Fi earlier, that could be helpful!
