Last night while idling, my CPU usage was at 12%, which is unusual because I usually idle at 0%. This happened because of the Windows Modules Installer Worker process. I haven’t seen anything like this before. What’s going on? (I just got a new monitor yesterday—could it be responsible?)

Virus scans came back negative. It might be a minor issue with an update from Microsoft, so you could wait for the official patch.
