10 gb? My 4gb ram laptop works fine, but the 6gb one is having problems and my 16gb PC is okay. Only the 6gb model seems affected. Maybe resetting the system would help.

Hey, I understand. You're not using a 10GB drive, just a PC with extra RAM compared to your laptop. No red flags there. I'll restart your laptop and give it another shot.
