Usage patterns fluctuating significantly during extended periods of operation
It began unexpectedly a couple of weeks ago. Whenever I play any game, my CPU fluctuates sharply—rising and falling—until I restart. These spikes happen repeatedly over the hours, but my system isn’t throttling or slowing down. I’ve seen many discussions about this issue, but nothing helpful. It also happens every 5 to 10 seconds.
Only my FPS and CPU speed are changing, the rest remain unchanged.
The images show you in a menu within a game. It appears to be from a gaming context, possibly a tutorial or settings screen. This behavior seems to occur when you're not actively playing the game, and it might happen in similar games as well.
The question remains whether this particular game is the only one featuring it or if it appears in other titles as well.
