Your website is quite large, and cutting it down can cause some software to stop working. It looks like your system has a lot of reserved space—around 30GB—and the memory usage in Task Manager is high, showing Committed at 10.5/45.9. No one else seems to have reported the same problem online. Your storage includes a 1TB SX8200 Pro drive (which holds the page file) and another 1TB 660p drive. Anyone else facing this issue or have ideas to resolve it? Page file configuration, Task Manager memory tab.

Visit the download page for RAMmap. Open the File Details/File Summary section and identify the files consuming the most resources.

It doesn't appear anything is heavily relying on the pagefile. I might upload them so others can review them more easily. However, nothing unusual was noticed. aida 64 memory page Google drive rmp export

Adjusted to Windows environment is recommended. You can configure it manually and restrict storage usage to around 10GB or less. Most applications access the pagefile during resource loading, which is a normal behavior, not because your RAM is depleting. Therefore, ensure you have an adequate pagefile; changing it entirely may lead to complications.

I adjusted the storage to an 8GB locked capacity, but it didn’t appear to be working as expected. The paged pool still wasn’t utilizing it properly, and it didn’t seem to make a difference. I previously restricted it more strictly, but now I’m worried apps might crash because of insufficient memory—even though I have 16GB and only used around 8GB so far. I was trying to cap it at 2GB before.
