Is there really an issue with playing the game? Do you experience many stutters or lagging, or is the FPS consistently low and fluctuating? The FPS chart shows no such issues.
Given your GPU is roughly 40% faster than the recommended one, it seems the problem might lie elsewhere—perhaps your CPU is far more capable than needed to handle the GPU load.
I remain cautious when someone claims performance problems based only on numbers without mentioning real gameplay results.
Although you usually don’t see CPU usage stay well under 20%, since no actual performance complaints are mentioned, it could just be an overreaction.
I frequently notice sudden drops and now experience 2-3 second freezes, yet after Nvidia updated the drivers a few days ago things improved significantly. It might be related to my GPU drivers, because even though I reinstalled them multiple times, other games like Baldur's Gate 3 still had issues, but with the new drivers everything worked fine.
