I'm glad I could assist you. You might want to disable subsurface scattering in WW2 as well. Remember, since faces are visible, you might spot variations in their expressions. The effect is subtle during quick action but still present. I also examined the stuttering in this game and suggest trying these adjustments; they won’t significantly hurt your graphics. Change AA to Filmic SMAA 1x instead of 2x for better performance. Raise Texture Res to High rather than Extra, which helped on my GTX 1070. Setting Shadow Map Res to High boosts FPS considerably. Extra consumes a lot of VRAM, so this is especially useful for both FPS and memory usage. Turn off Cache Sun Shadow Maps, as it also uses a lot of VRAM. I discovered that using more VRAM in COD WW2 leads to more stuttering or choppy frames. I hope these tips helped, as they seemed effective for me. I had overlooked them and rediscovered them in my notes this morning. If you encounter more stuttering in other titles, feel free to revisit this discussion. I've invested a lot of effort fixing similar issues in the games I play.
This was the reason I brought it up in the thread above. I’d choose 16GB if you were me, but 12GB is enough. Just a little. After hitting 16GB, most games run smoother without noticeable lag—except for titles like Ark Online.
