The laptop launches slowly and the boot logo appears delayed, similar to the video, but it works normally in Windows. You've updated your BIOS and installed the latest Windows 10 version 21H1. Possible fixes could include checking hardware drivers, updating system files, or running a clean boot.

It looks like there may be a problem with the BIOS. Windows suggests reaching out to ASUS directly for assistance.

I reduced the settings and refreshed the BIOS, but the issue persists; Windows starts slowly yet functions properly otherwise.

They merely request a fresh installation of Windows, a BIOS upgrade, or a return merchandise authorization.

I attempted to update the BIOS and mentioned a fresh Windows installation. Would it help if I reinstall Windows again just to confirm? If this doesn’t resolve the issue, I’d consider returning the device. A slow startup is really frustrating to see.

It occasionally returns to normal, though the slow startup remains even after reinstalling Windows.

Same problem occurred with my G14 GA402, though it didn’t completely resolve the issue but did improve performance slightly. In the system configuration section of the Armoury crate, I disabled the boot-up sound option. After doing that, the logo loaded more quickly. Interestingly, during the first attempt, the logo appeared without any delay and began loading windows smoothly. This wasn’t a full fix, but it might help someone boot up a bit faster.
