Hey there! I’m looking for some thoughts on why the UPS is acting up despite being new. We’ve already talked to our local building support and they confirmed the outlets were fine, but we’re still seeing problems. Could you help us understand what might be going on with the UPS itself? The manual shows the ToRobot in picture 'E' only at the top outlets. This suggests that the lower outlets may not be connected to battery backup.
On the device itself, there may be markings indicating which ports serve as battery backup and which are protected against surges.
