Hey, here’s what I’ve got: My system runs Windows 10 on a 64-bit i5 10400F. I’m using a B560M DS3H motherboard, Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200Mhz RAM, and an EVGA 600W Bronze Plus PSU. The GPU is an ASUS RX 580 with 4GB RAM. I recently bought a new RX 580 and updated the PSU, which is performing well. The PSU is brand new, but the GPU is second-hand and has been used for a while. It started working fine for about 30 minutes in GTA 5, then I kept running driver timeout errors. I decided to uninstall the drivers with DDU and reinstall the latest ones, but when I powered off the PC it wouldn’t boot. The fans are spinning but there’s no sound from the motherboard. I also noticed some odd visual glitches in GTA 5 last night—shapes appearing and disappearing, plus small red circles flickering intermittently. I’m trying to boot with GT 730 now and it works, but the GPU seems to be the problem. I’m open to sharing photos of the card if you need them. Thanks!
GPU is likely an old mining card. Check techpowerup forums for assistance.
