it's either dead both ways or driver/other issue. try reinstalling drivers.

Consider using another device like your phone. What are the connection speeds there? It's possible your desktop is quietly syncing data to the cloud without you realizing it.

i did try 3 diff devices and all worked fine there is no cloud working in the background
