Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with the upload. Streaming isn't working at all. I've tried formatting and updating drivers, changed the LAN cable, but nothing helped. Operating system: Windows 10 Home 22H2 - 64 bit - Intel® Core™ i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHz, 2.90 GHz, 16 GB RAM, RTX 2060.

You see a different result depending on the speedtest site you use. It usually depends on whether you're on a paid plan or not.

What type of internet connection do you use? xDSL and Docsis Cable usually offer slower upload speeds.

I confirm payment of $300 down and $100 up. Using OKCLE, the result is $300 down with a range of $9 to $15 up.

The issue isn't too much of an internet problem. I tried various devices like my phone and my brother's PC, and it worked fine.

Internet performance is often at best. For busy services, there are no assurances you'll receive beyond the provider. You've already paid for a connection speed of 300/100 Mbps from them. You might try again at another time to see if conditions improve. Still, I'd reach out to the provider and file a complaint. Additionally, run tests from other devices on the same network to confirm if the issue lies with your connection rather than your PC.

It's been a week now and I've been working nonstop. I also contacted the provider, who told me to use my PC since I tried other devices.
