The ATA interface remains on AHCI, I adjusted the boot sequence to USB 1 but the problem persists.

The armd configuration has been updated. CMOS was cleared, and the system reports a new CPU installation. Pressing F1 will start the setup process, which is typical. However, booting from the Windows 10 USB does not succeed.

I completely wrecked my setup and just got a Ryzen 5 2600 with a motherboard and RAM. Issue fixed.
