I've just added the new M.2 drive (WD_black sn770 1TB). Now two of your other SATA devices—an HDD and an optical drive—aren't detected. I checked the manual, but it didn't mention this change. I also asked GIGABYTE SD, and they didn't find a solution.

Product Info: Motherboard GA-Z170X-Gaming 7-EU (1.0), BIOS f7.
Model: 4095MB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (ZOTAC)
CPU: Intel Core i5 6600K
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Size: 16.0GB
Memory: Dual-Channel
Part No.: gskill

Have you checked your mainboard guide? Since you haven’t, it might explain how devices connect and communicate.

Check if your system uses SATA 5 and 6 ports. These ports shut down when a M.2 drive is connected.
