Hi there. I recently upgraded my old Windows 7 laptop to Windows 10, but after the change the WiFi and ethernet connections stopped working. I've installed all the latest drivers and tried various fixes—like updating BIOS, turning off VPN, and checking everything. I'm stuck with error message 56 on both the network card and Ethernet port. I've exhausted most options, and my last resort is a full reinstall. Since I still have old Office versions, I need an original installation CD to get the software back. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks for your help!
