I discovered that the PC can't run a 64-bit EFI without a 32-bit OS, which means it's likely the project is over.

Only the best solution I discovered is enabling CSM and legacy BIOS in UEFI. These settings I’m missing—perhaps because of a gap in my high school education. Thanks for your assistance!
