It’s expected that a noticeable FPS boost wouldn’t occur. Many players test on 1650 regularly and do so consistently on Vega APU. It may not perform exceptionally, but it still works. The main issue is that the 1650 lacks standard power connections. If the card comes prebuilt—which is typical for 1650s—the fastest option remains, so a significant change might still be necessary just to improve performance. Adding more complexity comes from the highly volatile GPU market, with frequent new releases.

You have many useful ideas here. However, we don’t have enough details. What model is your motherboard? Could a 7700K fit inside? If it’s affordable enough, it would greatly boost performance, though it might generate a lot of heat if you try to push it to 4.8–5.0GHz. In my view, this would be the most practical upgrade if you’re on a limited budget… But since I don’t know your budget, I won’t recommend it or anyone else’s. We can’t decide what to do? ??
