Upgrading parts from the same manufacturer typically works well.
Upgrading parts from the same manufacturer typically works well.
I have had a old prebuilt that I have been slowly upgrading over the years. The last parts I am doing are the CPU, MOBO and RAM. Checked PC part picker and everything works with my other hardware (space, case, fan etc.) Also my windows license is also linked to my account so I assume a new key is not needed? Here they are: CPU: i7-9700F -> i7-13600k MOBO: TUF B365M-PLUS GAMING -> TUF Gaming B760M-PLUS WiFi RAM: Corsair Vengeance (DDR4 2666MT/s)(16GB) -> 32GB - Crucial Pro RAM (DDR5 5600MT/s)(32GB) Would this be as simple as plugging and assembling it together and plugging in my existing boot drive? Or would this be more complicated then that? Any advice appreciated
