I’m facing some challenges setting up SLI on my new motherboard. I’m unsure what issues might pop up during startup or if it will work smoothly from the hard drive.

It seems like you're asking about a potential issue. The phrase "most likely, it will boot fine" suggests the system should start without problems.

You may need to reinstall or reactivate your Windows version depending on the updates or changes made.

It's okay as long as the system starts and runs smoothly. I changed the CPU and motherboard last night from a Pentium G3258+MSI Z97 to an i5 3570K+AsRock Z77 Pro3, and everything functioned perfectly.

It sounds like someone mentioned needing to reactivate Windows after replacing parts on a PC. I think I’ll go with that when I upgrade the motherboard.
