upgrading an h60 radiator
It would make sense to increase the surface area. However, the H60 isn't designed for that level of cooling, so why not build a custom loop?
It should have a bigger surface area. However, the H60 isn't designed for that level of cooling, so why not build a custom loop?

The idea makes sense, increasing the surface area would help. However, the H60 model isn't designed for high cooling performance, so opting for a full custom loop might be better. If I chose a fully custom setup, what kind of flow would the pump require? I want to keep costs reasonable and maintain simplicity now, while planning for future upgrades that could cool both the CPU and GPU.
This question isn't that straightforward because we still don't have clear information about your budget and performance goals. Only you can provide those details and understand the basics of liquid cooling. Check out the watercooling guide for more information.
