Interesting situation... I resolved the problem by repositioning the GPU, rolling back to the May 2022 drivers, and only installing the updates. I also changed the HDMI cable. Not sure if that helped much—it was an old Wii U HDMI cable, so it’s unclear. I tried the driver fix before, but this time it worked. Performance improved to around 100 FPS at 1440p, though it gradually decreased to about 80 FPS during intense screen activity. Updated March 2, 2023 by Mr_ultimate
