I experienced this problem on my recent PC build even though all parts—including the chassis—were different from my previous setup. I assembled the new PC a few weeks ago and observed the same issue: the GPU seems to be positioned deeper on the right side compared to the left, causing it to appear crooked when viewed from above. I attempted to re-seat both the GPU and motherboard multiple times without success. Standoffs are all present, but no additional ones seem needed. My main concerns are input lag and desync, especially in Valorant, and I’m curious if this is connected to the problem.
