I'm writing this from my phone, so please bear with me. This is my system: Motherboard: Asus ProArt B550 Motherboard CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800X GPU: XFX Speedster Merc310 AMD Radeon RX 7900XT PSU: EVGA 1300W Gold RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro SL 4x16GB 3600mHz (64GB) OS: Windows 11 Home The problem: I was planning on upgrading my 512GB WD-Blue SN570 nVME. I cloned the original drive onto Samsung 980 Pro 2TB nVME SSD using a Best Buy m.2 drive adapter that connects to the system via USB C and the Samsung Magician Software. I installed the new drive and upon installation, I lost two of the rear USB ports (USB 2.0), wifi and Bluetooth (NIC installed to PCIE_4x1), as well as M2_2 (1TB NVME gen4). My secondary NVME is no longer detected, I no longer have any kind of RF (wifi or Bluetooth) networking, and I also seem to have lost front I/O and both Thunderbolt ports as well as audio. The only USB ports that appear to be working are USB 3.2. I manage to boot to the desktop environment every time, but checking device manager still does not turn up any of the relevant devices. I checked my motherboard manual and the way that everything is installed, nothing should be interfering with lanes or dealing with power loss. Despite being installed, drawing power, and outputting a display, my GPU is also not recognized by my system either in the desktop environment or in the UEFI. When in the UEFI, it gives me a general AMD graphics card when I check out PCIE_1x16 vs a specific model (not sure if this is supposed to be this way). I tried to erase the new SSD and doing a fresh Windows 10 install instead to no avail. Wifi networks weren't showing up. I reinstalled the original boot drive with all of the original files and software, and still have the same issues described above. HELP Attempted solutions: ️Fresh Windows install on a wiped SSD ️Cleared CMOS ️Soft reset (resetting PC while keeping user files) ️ Hard reset (erase all files) ️Reinstalled NIC to try to connect to the internet (Ethernet connection isn't feasible where I live) Note: Neither reset option actually reset the system to the specifications, it just failed outright.

It seems your network connection is still missing. Your USB devices aren’t working even after updating the motherboard drivers.
