In BIOS, your PC keeps the base clock speeds. Once you're using the OS, it switches to its boost clock by default. REMEMBER TO ACTIVATE XMP as well.
You haven’t found it in your search results, even though others have accessed the “Extreme Tweaker” option. It might not be available on your current setup.
You seem to be missing the AI tweaker option, possibly because of your motherboard. Since you can't access the 'advanced' settings and manually turn on AMD overclocking, it means you can't boost your RAM speeds. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It looks like you're still able to run your CPU at its normal speed.
From previous discussions, the CPU runs at 11,700F with a base frequency of 2.5 GHz. This is the lowest speed it can operate with just basic cooling. During regular operation it increases beyond that, though maximum turbo isn't guaranteed all the time.
