I've checked the CPU on another motherboard at my local shop, but it didn't boot up on their system—believing it was the processor itself. I then ordered a replacement and installed it, yet the problem persisted. This suggests either two faulty CPUs were involved or that the technician used unsupported RAM on their B550 setup.

My current RAM setup includes two kits of CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 V5.31. MSI lists version 5.30 as compatible under their RX-2X00 section, which matches what I have. However, this RAM isn't shown as compatible in MSI's RX-1X00 tab. Despite this, I've run two kits of this memory on a first-gen Ryzen processor for over seven years without any issues.

I've tried every possible configuration and slot (A1, B1, A2, B2) with no improvement—VGA debug light remains active. After reinstalling my 1700, everything works fine.

Next, I plan to borrow my brother's RX 580 to test compatibility with his R9 380, though I'm skeptical about any major issues.

On Corsair's site, I found the 5700/5700X wasn't listed for this configuration, which surprises me since they claim a 32GB CL16 3200MHz kit is available when selecting the 5800X. I suspect their database hasn't been updated. They also mention a suggested CMK32GX4M2E3200C16 for Ryzen 3x series, but I haven't tried it yet.

The latest GPU fixed the problem, though there was an unusual compatibility issue with my R9 380. The updated system now runs smoothly with my new RX 7600. Additional information provided.
