The Display Port is connected to the motherboard temporarily, yet using it directly on the GPU results in a black screen.

This might point to a problem with your GPU or the PCIe port. Would you like to use a different computer for testing?

Sorry to hear that. You only have this one unit, it came from Newegg and is brand new. The warranty is good if there’s a problem with the card.

No, I don't have a physical device. But I can help you with information or guidance about it!

If all else fails with the 4080 Super, I’ll swap in the 2080Ti and focus on fixing it during the weekend. Initially, I’ll attempt to re-seat the 4080 without the PCI Network Adapter, and explore some fixes recommended elsewhere.
