you don't have Windows 10 media available, so you can only use Windows 7 or 8 media for reinstallation.

Windows 10 ISO is available for free download from Microsoft's website. It's common in 2015 to purchase installation media rather than product keys. Based on what I've learned, upgrading to Windows 10 should enable your existing Windows 7 key to activate a fresh installation of the new version.
