I'm working with a work PC that has a 3200g CPU built into an AMD B450 AORUS motherboard. I need to replace the CPU with a 5600g model and plan to do this using software from Gigabyte Control Center-Bios. Here are my questions:

1) If the motherboard comes with the default BIOS, should I upgrade one BIOS at a time or can I jump straight to the latest version without going through the intermediate ones?
2) Looking at the image you shared (like F40), it mentions needing an EC firmware update tool to prevent 4DIMM DDR incompatibility on 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen CPUs. If that’s true, does that mean I don’t need to install the update tool if I upgrade directly to the latest BIOS?
3) Is there a way to verify my motherboard revision (1.0/1.1/1.2) without opening the case? I don’t have the physical box and want to ensure I get the right model before downloading, since I’m trying to avoid opening it.

Identify the precise B450 Aorus model. Certain Bios versions are essential and should be noted in the details. For the EC firmware, apply it separately from the Bios upgrade, ideally before any Bios changes.
