3600Mhz would be ideal and it should definitely boost your performance, though I question if it’s resolving your VR stutter since 2400Mhz RAM isn’t that slow—still, it’s a reasonable improvement.

You'd want RAM that doesn't significantly boost performance unless the other parts are already optimized, because otherwise it adds little value and just increases cost.

Beyond 3600MHz, Ryzen typically halves the Infinity Fabric speed, meaning you might see 3600 or 3200 MHz depending on your position. Still, it’s highly improbable that this adjustment leads to noticeable VR performance issues.

3600mhz CL16 offers excellent value. Keep latency and MHz in mind; performance improves noticeably compared to older models like CL18. For top speed, you can upgrade further, but most options above 3600mhz CL16 provide little extra benefit.

Suggesting the kit might not be sufficient, but my 3200 C14 handles 4400 C16 with some effort. I’m comfortable pushing to 4200 C16 without trouble. They even manage 3200 C12 at lower voltages. It’s quite adaptable. The 3600 C16 isn’t much of a deal. 1.35v is enough. He has a 5900, so they probably aren’t too worried about extra costs.
