Hi there! Welcome to the world of CPU overclocking. You're planning to upgrade your cooler to Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black, which you can find here: https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/coo...k-edition/. Since you're considering adding a fan for better airflow, it might help. Regarding your questions, the maximum ambient temperature your system can handle is around 36°C. For overclocking, Be Quiet Pure Rock is a solid choice as it offers good stability and performance. As for your Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro, it supports 8-pin 12V and 4-pin 12V connections, matching your PSU's capabilities. Overclocking the Ryzen 3600 should be possible with the right components, but ensure your power supply can handle the increased load. For a beginner-friendly guide, look for "CPU Overclocking for Beginners" or "How to Overclock Ryzen 3600." Keep experimenting and stay safe!

Some positive and negative updates. The negative part is the Ryzen line struggles with high overclocking and lacks substantial headroom, particularly without better cooling. The cooler you have helps keep things running smoothly without excessive noise, though it doesn’t provide much space for boosting. On the bright side, the Ryzen 3000 models come out strong right out of the box with impressive performance, eliminating the need for overclocking. Let XFR (or whatever automatic frequency control does) handle its tasks and it works well. This is ideal for those who prefer a solid baseline, but not great if you enjoy fine-tuning settings.

They increase their performance themselves, and they really do a great job. The more efficient the cooling, the higher the clock speed and the longer it lasts.

I understand. It seems the CPU might automatically increase its speed to 4.2GHz, so you didn’t need to adjust anything manually. Appreciate the clarification!
