Looking to boost your CPU speed safely? I recommend starting with a modest increase and monitoring temperatures. For OC adjustments, aim for increments of 1-2 MHz at a time, ensuring stability first. Double-check your motherboard manual for safe limits. Let me know how it goes!

The suggested frequencies for the 2400G should be around 2933MHz. To increase them, open your BIOS, enable DOCP, and adjust the speeds manually.

OP might have purchased DDR4-2400 MHz RAM (for example, XMP supports 2400 MHz). If this applies, consider upgrading to a new set featuring DDR4-2933, DDR4-3000 or DDR4-3200 specifications. While you could attempt manual overclocking of your existing 2400 MHz unit, it’s something best researched beforehand. DRAM overclocking shares similarities with CPU or GPU tuning—it requires understanding the details of RAM timings. https://github.com/integralfx/MemTestHel...aster/DDR4 OC Guide.md

This month I plan to purchase a new CPU (Ryzen 5 3500X). Do you think I’ll need more RAM? Should I go ahead with this build including the Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 32GB, DDR4, 3200MHz, CL16, Dual Channel? Thanks!
