I currently possess 16 GB of RAM but it doesn't support the full 3200 MHz speed, so it's capped at 3000. I'm hesitant about upgrading to 32 GB because my current setup is already under strain. My existing configuration uses an AMD Ryzen 5 3600X with a 3.8GHz CPU and 16GB of RAM. The motherboard is a Gigabyte B450 AORUS ELITE, supporting DDR4 and USB 3.1. I have an 8GB NVIDIA RTX 2060 graphics card and a 2TB SATA HDD. I'm considering a 256GB M.2 SSD for better performance. The power supply is a CORSAIR 550W TXm series unit. If you can offer advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

I handle it and if I apply it the RAM reaches 3200 and it causes a blue screen whenever I attempt it, which makes me concerned that adding more RAM—even at lower speeds—might exceed what my motherboard can support.
