Normally with thnuderbolt you need a board specific card, with an additional header, so you can't put thunderbolt 3 onto your system. You really have to pick with that system of either high performance gpu, or a second expansion slot. Small form factor limits some options. You can't really do pcie risiers as there is no where else to put the card.
